Care Assistant

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist residents/clients with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting.

  • Potentially drive residents/clients to appointments or activities (if applicable and with appropriate checks).

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience (minimum 6 months preferred) as a Healthcare Assistant, Care Assistant, or Support Worker within a care home, nursing home, or home care setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • A genuine passion for providing person-centred care with empathy and respect.
  • Ability to work flexibly across a range of shifts, typically between 6 to 12 hours (specific shift patterns will be discussed).
